Bohdan Prylepa, the founder of cryptocurrency exchanges Coinsbit and Qmall, is now on Ukraine’s wanted list, accused of large-scale fraud and embezzling clients’ funds exceeding one billion hryvnias. The stolen money was allegedly destined for buying drones for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and victims include citizens from multiple European countries. Ukrainian law enforcement is coordinating with their European counterparts, with Prylepa believed to be in Dubai.

Bohdan Prylepa has become the center of controversy in recent months: some accuse him of defrauding tens of thousands of Ukrainians and stealing volunteer funds, while others claim the allegations are fabricated and part of an attack against him.
